These terms apply when you buy from naqse.com. By placing an order you accept them. Last updated September 2026.

Who you are buying from

BK ATELIERS, a womenswear label operating from Lahore, Pakistan. Contact: info@naqse.com.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we dispatch it, not when you place it. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if we cannot verify the delivery details — and we will refund you in full if that happens.

Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery and the card and wallet methods shown at checkout. For cash on delivery, payment is made in full to the courier at the door. Refusing a cash-on-delivery parcel without contacting us first may mean we decline future cash-on-delivery orders from that address.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery takes 3–5 working days to major cities. These are estimates, not guarantees — courier delays, weather and public holidays can extend them. Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in Pakistan.

It is your responsibility to give a correct address and a mobile number you answer. If a parcel is returned to us because nobody could be reached, you may be asked to pay the courier cost of sending it again.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

Set out in full on our returns and exchanges page, which forms part of these terms. In short: 7 days, unworn, tags attached, sale items final.

Product descriptions

We describe our pieces as accurately as we can. Our fabrics are dyed in small lots, so colour can vary slightly between runs, and screens differ. Minor variation is not a fault.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site — photographs, text, the BK ATELIERS name and the نقش wordmark — belongs to us. Do not reuse it commercially without written permission.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We can suspend accounts used fraudulently.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Pakistani consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes fall to the courts of Lahore.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one on this page when you order.
