Orders and delivery

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours and arrive in 3–5 working days to every major city in Pakistan. Remote areas can take a little longer.

How much is delivery?
Free on every order, anywhere in Pakistan. No minimum spend.

Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available nationwide. The courier will call before attempting delivery, so please give a mobile number you actually answer.

Can I track my order?
Yes — use our order tracking page with your order number and email.

Do you ship outside Pakistan?
Not yet. Email us if you want to be told when we do.

Sizing and fit

How do your sizes run?
Our pieces are cut relaxed by design. If you are between sizes and want a closer fit, size down; for extra ease, size up.

What if the size is wrong?
Size exchanges are free within seven days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn with tags attached.

Will the colour match the photos?
Very closely, but our fabrics are dyed in small lots, so there can be slight variation between runs. We think that is a feature, not a fault.

Fabric and care

What are the pieces made from?
Mostly cupro, viscose crepe and washed linen. The exact composition is listed on each product page.

How should I wash them?
Dry clean, or hand wash cold and hang to dry in shade. Do not wring, do not tumble dry. Iron on low, inside out.

Will it shrink?
Not if you follow the care instructions. Hot water and machine drying will shrink these fabrics.

Returns and refunds

Can I return something?
Yes, within seven days of delivery, unworn with tags attached. See returns and exchanges for the full policy.

When do I get my money back?
Refunds are processed within five working days of the returned piece reaching us.
