Track your order

Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout. Your order number is in your confirmation email and starts with a #.

What the statuses mean

• Processing — we have your order and are preparing it. Dispatch happens within 48 hours.
• Completed — your parcel has left us and is with the courier.
• On hold — we need something from you. Check your email.

Once dispatched, delivery takes 3–5 working days. The courier will call before delivery, so keep your phone on.
