BK ATELIERS is a womenswear label based in Lahore, Pakistan. Our website is https://naqse.com. For any privacy question, email info@naqse.com.
What we collect
When you order: your name, delivery address, email address and mobile number. We need these to deliver the parcel and to let the courier reach you.
When you create an account: the above, plus your order history and saved addresses.
When you browse: standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, used to keep the site working and to understand what people look at.
When you subscribe: your email address only.
What we do not collect
We never see or store your card details. Card payments are handled entirely by our payment provider.
Why we use it
- To process, pack and deliver your order
- To contact you about that order
- To handle returns, exchanges and refunds
- To send you emails, only if you asked for them
- To improve the website
Who we share it with
Only the parties who make the order happen: our courier (your name, address and mobile number), our payment provider, and our email provider if you subscribed. We do not sell your data to anyone, for any reason.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we are required to keep business records. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — except where we must keep order records. Email info@naqse.com and we will respond within 30 days.
