BK Ateliers – Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Eligibility

Products may be exchanged if:

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The item is defective.

  • The size received differs from the confirmed order.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

Exchange Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all tags attached

  • In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items

  • Clearance products

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

unless they are defective or incorrectly delivered.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact customer support.

  2. Share your order number.

  3. Provide photos of the product if required.

  4. Our team will review the request.

  5. Once approved, exchange instructions will be provided.

BK Ateliers reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
